Large commercial areas available north of Bergen

Greater Bergen offers a variety of commercial areas close to the city. Nordhordland Commercial Park is one of the biggest areas, and includes properties at the seafront and along the northbound main road.

Tommy Gulbrandsøy is one of the owners of the area, and he is proud to present the 500-acre commercial park with a deep-water dock and direct access via route E39.

Large and cost-effective areas

The commercial park consists of two larger commercial areas located by the sea and E39. In total, there is about 500 acres of potential land for future expansion. The zoning plans are flexible. Buildings can be up to 21 meters high, with great utilization.

This is the further plans for the deep-water dock.

Guldbrandsøy and his company have signed several contracts, even though Nordhordland Commercial Park is still under development. Customised solutions in terms of plot sizes and the businesses' needs and demands are still available.

Deep-water dock

If you need a deep-water dock, you should look to Nordhordland. This unique location includes a deep-water dock up to 380 metres with good depth, which is currently under construction. Part of the port area is for timber, the rest of it is under development. The plans are in accordance with new environmental laws and will have good climatic and maritime conditions.
